Illawarra Baby and Child Loss Support invite you to take the steps they couldn't take this Pregnancy and Infant Loss month.

We welcome everyone touched by miscarriage, stillbirth or neonatal loss to come together and walk along Wollongong Harbour to commemorate all babies gone too soon.

Following the walk; join us on Flagstaff Hill for a short memorial ceremony, bring along a picnic dinner or grab something from the Amigos food truck who will be in attendance, and watch the lighthouse light up in pink and blue.

Check-in: 5pm at Stuart Park

Walk commences: 5:15pm

Memorial Ceremony: Approx. 6pm on Flagstaff Hill

Lighthouse Lit up: From dusk until 11pm

Illawarra Baby & Child Loss Support Inc. is a registered charity and support group for families in the greater Illawarra (& Shoalhaven) who have lost a baby through miscarriage, pre-term, full-term, and postnatal loss. We have supported Illawarra families through grief and loss for over 20 years. Everyone at IBCLS has experienced the loss of their child and we understand that the death of a baby or child is one of the most difficult experiences any person will face. The one thing we have learned over the years is that connecting and being supported by others who have also experienced a similar loss is extremely helpful and healing. With sadness, love and understanding, we welcome you to our circle of support.
