ATLAS: Exchanging Knowledge is a free lecture series, run by the European Council of Interior Architects. It presents six events that share knowledge within the interior architecture discipline. Lecture number four welcomes our special guests in December: Dr. Bie Plevoets and Dr. Inge Somers presenting "As Found. Experiments in Preservation".
With their unique perspectives from Brussels and Flanders in dealing with existing buildings, they converse about seven innovative approaches to architectural preservation and the audacity of architectural interventions in construction projects today. The series ATLAS Exchanging Knowledge promotes the release of the ATLAS Archive early next year and is part of the Building Connections for a Stronger Profession project funded by the European Union.
