By purchasing a ticket for the Pack 175 Blue and Gold Banquet, you agree to the following:

Event Information
The Blue and Gold Banquet will be held at Timothy Lutheran Church in Blue Springs on the date and time listed. Event details may change if necessary. Any updates will be shared with registered families.

Tickets and Refunds
Tickets are sold in advance to support event planning and food costs. All sales are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Pack 175. Tickets may be transferred to another family with notice to Pack leadership.

Youth Supervision
This is a family Scouting event. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Pack leaders and volunteers do not provide individual supervision.

Conduct
All attendees are expected to follow the Scout Oath and Scout Law, as well as the rules of the venue. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.

Food and Allergies
Food will be provided. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary needs, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Photos and Media
Photos or videos may be taken for Pack 175 and Boy Scouts of America communications. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify Pack leadership before the event.

Liability
Attendance is voluntary. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge the normal risks of participating in a group activity and agree to hold Pack 175, its volunteers, the chartered organization, and the Boy Sc
