This seminar is a chance for both our students and the public to experience the type of training our facility provides. While we recommend having at least a minimal level of martial arts experience, it isn't required to attend this seminar. We are less concerned with your skill level as we are with the mindset you bring with you. You must be willing to learning in a safe, respectful, fun, and competitive environment.
