When do orders for cycling shirts need to be submitted?

Orders for cycling shirts must be placed with [email protected] no later that Friday 26th July 2024.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

Is there an age limit to enter the event?

No, however, anyone under the age of 18 must be able to cycle on main roads unattended

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available at Wetherby RUFC, however, neither Wetherby RUFC or Phoenix Health and Wellbeing will be held liable for any damage or theft of vehicles.

Are the tickets refundable?

Can anyone come to the BBQ?

Yes, however, priority will be given to those who have pre-booked a meal. Tickets will be available on the door on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is accommodation and evening meal on the Friday night included?

No, you will need to pay for this separately. Andy will be issuing details of accommodation options, however, feel free to book your own place now.
