Do I have to print my ticket?

No, you don't. Simply display the ticket from your mobile phone.

Are the tickets refundable?

Yes, if requested prior to 2 days before your event date not including the nonrefundable process fee.

When is payment due?

You will receive an emailed invoice that must be paid within 48 hours of purchase.

Is there a limited number of tickets?

Yes, we only offer 44 tickets per date.

Are there fees associated with ticket purchase?

Yes, there is an added 5% process fee that is NON REFUNDABLE

What happens if I don't pay within 48 hours?

If payment is not received within 48 hours of being invoiced, your ticket will be canceled and seating will be reopened to public.
