Can I use my ticket on another day?
Senior tickets can only be used Friday. The advance sale and general admission are single day admissions will be honored any day. If interested in attending more than one day, multi-day tickets are available to purchase.
Can I borrow or rent a wheelchair?
Unfortunately, there are no wheelchairs available to rent or borrow.
Can I buy tickets at the event?
Yes, absolutely. Tickets are available at the HVCC Box Office all show hours. General Admission Tickets are $17 (including tax) each. MVP Health Care Senior Admission for adults 62+ on Friday, March 22 is $12 (including tax).
Where can I find the lecture and demonstration schedule?

Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can.
Do I have to print my ticket?
You can, but you don't have to. You can simply display the ticket from your mobile device. If you have an iPhone, add the tickets to your Apple Wallet it's the easiest way to find your tickets and Apple Wallet is much faster for us to scan at the event, especially if you purchase more than one ticket.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is lots of FREE parking at Hudson Valley Community College.
Where is the McDonough Sports Complex on the HVCC campus
Turn onto campus at North Road. McDonough is approximately 3/10 of a mile on your right.
Are the tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
Do I need a ticket for my children.
Children 10 and under are free.
Is HVCC handicap accessible?
Yes, it is.
Do I need proof of vaccination?
Not at this time, but that could change. Check back for the most up-to-date state, county, and SUNY guidelines.
Do I need a mask?
As of 3/3/22, makes are not required.
Why didn't I get an email after I purchased tickets; I see the charge on my credit card statement?
No worries. Give us a call at (518) 631-2288; we'll resend them to you. Most often it's a typo in the email address. We can also look them up when you arrive at the show.
